John came on staff at FBC in July, 2010. He received his degree in music from the University of North Texas in Denton in 2006, and his Master of Arts in Worship degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth in 2009. He married his high school sweetheart, Alia Goforth in 2006 who now works as a contract Speech Pathologist in the OKC area. They enjoy spending time with their son, Luke, who was born in 2009. Other than spending time with his family, John also enjoys working out and playing anything competitive. He loves serving alongside the people at FBC and looks forward to seeing what God has in store for the future of this church.
